A gentle reminder: To respect your privacy and storage preferences, we do not keep copies of your generated media (images, videos, designs) on our servers beyond what is needed to deliver them to you. We kindly encourage you to download and save your creations to your own device or preferred storage so they remain safely in your hands.
Strict Account Isolation — your History is private: The History page (under Integration) is strictly account-isolated. Each user can only view their own generated and uploaded media — no user can ever see another user's files. This isolation is enforced at the database level, not merely by the interface. Even our administrators cannot view or open other users' media files; admins only have access to aggregate numeric data (such as total counts and credit usage) for platform operation, never to the actual content of your media.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers — third-party tools that help us operate our platform (e.g. Stripe for payments, AI model providers for generation)
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights

8. AI-Generated Content & Media Responsibility
Prompts and inputs you provide to our AI design engines may be processed by third-party AI model providers. We do not use your designs or prompts to train AI models. Generated outputs are stored in your personal library and are not shared publicly.
Our Role: ABCDEngine.ai is a platform that connects you to AI generation tools. As such, we do our best to provide a smooth creative experience, though we are unable to take responsibility for the specific content, quality, or suitability of media produced through our platform. We encourage you to review generated outputs and use them in line with your own judgement.
Media Storage: To keep your workspace lightweight, we do not keep or archive copies of your generated media on our servers. Your creations are delivered to you at the time of generation, and we do not retain them afterwards.
Saving Your Work: We warmly recommend downloading and backing up your generated media to your own device or storage from time to time. Saving your designs shortly after creation helps ensure they stay safe and accessible to you. Regrettably, we are unable to recover media that has not been saved by you.
9. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Regarding your media: Generated media (images, videos, designs) is not stored on our servers indefinitely. We kindly encourage you to download and save your creations to your own device so they remain accessible to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the availability of any media that has not been saved, and cannot be responsible for media that is lost as a result.
